Principal and Founder

Ben Dalton provides transactional law services for his clients in the fields of real estate, business and contract law. Over the course of his career, Mr. Dalton has been involved in transactions that cumulatively total over $150,000,000 in economic value to date.

We approach our work with a unique philosophy that sets us apart from our competitors, which is “How can we maximize our client’s risk adjusted return?” We know that eliminating all risk is impossible and with that in mind, we endeavor to ensure our clients get rewarded for the risks they undertake.

Mr. Dalton graduated from Texas Christian University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He attended law school at the Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
